"My first stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon was absolutely wonderful. larrived early and was pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately without having to wait until 2 PM. A special thank you to Raymond for his exceptional hospitality. He kindly helped with my luggage, prepared the room before my arrival, and took the time to explain the room amenities. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. The hotel atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to stay. Thank you, Raymond and the Hotel Nikko team, for such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
