"Air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Room never got below 24 Celsius. It’s simple, has some basic pots, pans, etc., but we didn’t use the cooking top. Nice little patio area. Location is solid - it was quiet, very close to the bus station, grocery store (with self-service laundromat inside), only about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and maybe 20 to Old Town. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area, other than a McDonald’s."

"The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I checked in early and was able to leave car in free parking spot. I checked it at 4am due to flight and had anodes breakfast waiting. The room was historical and up to date with nice bathroom"

"Excellent hotel in a perfect position looking out over the sea and boats. First class breakfast buffet each morning including a la carte choices all included. We had a sea view which was superb but it can be a bit noisy at night. Staff are vert attentive. Best hotel in Split I think. Pool is small and limited number of brollies so go early if you want a pool day. Lovely area though with a nice bar."

"I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by. Getting into the city centre was incredibly easy, as there was a bus stop nearby and it was only about a 10-minute ride. It made exploring the city convenient without having to rely on a car. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the parking. While parking is available, you’re not guaranteed a spot, which can be a little inconvenient if you’re travelling by car. I had to spend some extra time looking for a place to park, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the overall experience."

"Great traditional hotel walking distance from the city center. The breakfast is great, and the kitchen is very accommodating to dietary needs, I suggest reaching out in advance if you have any special requirements. The staff are friendly and extremely professional, but the management has let them down as they are severely understaffed. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is the understaffing, if the management fix this the property will be a undisputed 5 star."

"The hotel is located close to Split and easily walkable (approx. 40 mins) or the hotel has a complementary shuttle which can be taken. The check in / out is very seamless and the staff across all departments were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is incredible, with several hot and cold, sweet and savoury options. The spa and pool facilities were also nice & clean."
