"The hotel was clean but had the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. We were on the “first floor” which meant we had to walk up to two flights of stairs with suitcases, and no elevators. However, the room we stayed in was nice and clean. But for the price, would rather stay elsewhere next time. "

Overall the stay was good but we were first surprised by the big deposit they asked us to pay at check in as this was not communicated before by the property. When we first walked into the room we noticed stains and dirt on the bed sheet, not something you would expect from a chain like the Westin, however we asked them to change the sheets and they did right away. The hotel is at close proximity to all attractions in the city."
