Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"The renovation seems to be taking forever. Charging a "parking fee" and then offering to waive it in exchange for a Google review is poor form. Don't nickel-and-dime your customers. It probably won't deter me from staying again if the room rates stay reasonable, but it doesn't make me feel good about it."
