"La estadía en el Best Western Antlers at Glenwood Springs fue una experiencia muy agradable. El hotel cuenta con un ambiente acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza y montañas, que transmite la esencia relajada y encantadora de Glenwood Springs. Sus instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el entorno invita a disfrutar del aire libre y de la tranquilidad de la zona. "So far my worst experience in a Hotel. From the point that we arrived it was a nightmare to check in the system was down and they didn’t know what to do.. after 3 hrs waiting they finally figured out and started checking in people, the first room they gave me it was already occupied, the second one it was only one bed which I had reserved a 2 bed, after a few tries and ended up just putting us on a run that didn’t look at all at what I had reserved but a 2 bed, I complained to a very rude supervisor about it and he said they were all the same.. also the room wasn’t looking and we felt very unsafe leaving our things at the hotel so we had to take our things every time we go out..also the room was dirty stains on the carpet dirty, dirty bathroom and the tv never got it to work but at this point I was done with them.. every time I asked they just said we will take care of it but they never did.. I wanted to just got out of there but They said that I would lose my money that they were no refunds.. on the day before my check out day they closed the pool because It was very dirty and people kept complaining about it.. at that point I was done and I just checked out.. Please never stayed at this hotel is very poor manage and dirty and the staff is very rude.. it was a nightmare for the room I got I really over paid."

"Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner available in large bottles but no body wash. We left earlier than breakfast and we're told we would be given grab and go bags with food but no one was at the front desk for at least 20 mins before we took the shuttle so we did not get food. The hotel shuttle was a mess even with reserved seating. There were a few who apparently had reserved seats for that shuttle and it was full so they had to wait. We took rental car back to airport the night before thinking it would be faster the morning of departure and save on $16/ night hotel parking (which is high). That was a mistake. The shuttle from rental company (alamo) to airport was very fast with multiple busses. The hotel shuttle from airport to hotel was a nightmare. MANY people could not get on due to no more room and had to wait another half hour for the next one. The hotel shuttles are covering about 5+ hotels with very minimal room only every 30 mins. Definitely not enough shuttles for the hotel. Next time I will just drive to the airport in the morning and avoid hotel shuttle at all cost. Hotel has minimal food options within walking distance but 7-11 next door. We walked next door to Tower Tap & Grill at Hilton Doubletree. Close but food wasn't that great. I wish Spark gave food options or showed food delivery nearby. Otherwise hotel was in good location about 10 mins to airport. Check in staff was very nice and check in quick."

"Loved this stay, First of all, our room was not ready and the Amy gave us an upgrade. Which was the best thing in my life, and my husband. Because of him I’d that we came here. He grew up here and always wanted to stay in The Rosevelt Suite. And we got it. Plus I always wanted to stay in a room a president stayed. Not only one president but 2. Loved this and will always remember this adventure. A millions thanks you Amy."

"Hilton just needs to learn to say "No" when asked to manage some hotels. Where to start here? The smell like raw sewage by the elevators as you enter the hotel from the parking lot? The poor and minimal refurbishment? The headache inducing decor based on game shows that only oldies remember? The showers that run freezing or skin removing hot? The toilet that leaks and cannot be fixed by the engineer at the hotel? The noisiest ice machine ever outside your door? In a cheap motel this would be bad but hey, it would be cheap. For over $300 including parking? Worst value hotel ever. Hilton should be ashamed. The name used to mean something. One positive.........the staff at the front desk really tried hard and alone they would get 4/5 stars. Pity about the rest."
