"In all fairness, there were quite a bit of guests. There was a long wait for check in. There were 3 receptionists checking people in and in the middle of checking people in one left, which then put pressure on the other two. They did their best but we had to wait quite a bit. Our rooms never got serviced the 4 days we were there. We had to go down to the desk to get towels, coffee, soap etc. We had to request they empty the trash. There were bandaids and straws in the swimming pool. Elevator was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The breakfast was good. The receptionist at check out was very kind and quick. I believe her name was Keyla. We have stayed there before and never had the issues with service. So it was disappointing this time around. The hotel is older and could use some TLC but service should never be sacrificed."
