"Our family of 6 loved our stay at the Enzian Inn. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids. We also enjoyed playing on the mini-golf course, which was free with our booking. We watched the movie (Karate Kid) and enjoyed the free popcorn provided. The breakfast was amazing, and the view from the dining hall majestic. We enjoyed hearing the alphorn being played at 8 am and again at 9 am. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this to any family looking for a unique and memorable stay in Leavenworth."

"Facility is clean and new"

"We recently stayed at Icicle Village Resort with our two kids, and overall, it was a fantastic experience for a family getaway. There are so many kid-friendly amenities—our children especially loved the pool and the mini golf course. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from the Leavenworth Adventure Park, which made for easy day trips full of fun. A big plus for us was the multiple electric vehicle charging stations available on-site. It made our trip much more stress-free knowing we didn’t have to hunt for a charger elsewhere. The only downside was the on-site restaurant during dinner service. While breakfast was great, dinner was clearly impacted by being short-staffed—likely due to a large business group and a wedding taking place at the same time. Unfortunately, this led to noticeably stressed and somewhat rude service, which was disappointing. That said, the overall atmosphere, amenities, and family-friendly vibe of Icicle Village more than made up for that one hiccup. We’ve already booked a return trip for this winter and are looking forward to enjoying the snowy side of Leavenworth!"

"Check in was very pleasant, especially with the surprise welcome gift. The room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Lobby was nice; breakfast and evening reception decent. Gym could have been in better condition (machines need some work -- some disrepair, random noises they make, etc). Hot tub jets were not working even though we turned the timer, and the pool area could use more seating. Pool signs also conflicting -- one sign says 16 max in the pool, another 21 (even though it can easily fit more than that, and who's there to check anyway?); hot tub says only 10 -- double or maybe triple that could fit, it's so big. But overall I would definitely stay here again. The many pros outweighed the few minor cons."

"This hotel was more than we anticipated. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. You can safely walk within a few minutes to all the attractions in various directions. The breakfast was large and fresh. They have a nice large outdoor deck or indoor dining room both with a mountain view as an seating option. "
