"Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)"

"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "The fact that the room they gave to us ,was unclean and you could see old spider webs on the seeling,it's enough by it self. But also the drains smell really bad . We found spoons with dirt on them. They seem to be there for long time .some sheets had holes in them!!!"
