"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep! "

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
