Very good service, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in terms of service. Clean rooms, easy parking, and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk away from the old town area. The room was large and clean and had all the facilities I needed and more for a weekend break. It was also in a very quiet area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in a good quality central Sarajevo hotel at anytime.

My experience at Malak was second to none.. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

Everything in my room was absolutely perfect, my room was cleaned as soon as i asked, the staff and owner were very nice and everyone was friendly. Bathroom and room was all clean and tidy, i would recommend this to everyone

Good hotel. Very helpful staff. Distant from the main center. 10-15 mins drive. Female travelers may want somewhere closer to the center. Double bed is single bed joined together and hence a gap in the middle. Can be problematic for those with back problems. Nonetheless highly recommended hotel.

All round excellent

Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me.

Fantastic, great locations, great staff, nice room, comfy bed. Shuttle servuce from airport is a bonus if you arrive late evening. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms. Service was spectacular and breakfast was good. Located on a happening square, in the heart of Old Town, with lots of cafes. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. :) We are so glad that we chose to stay at this hotel.

Fantastic value for money in the heart of Sarajevo. Hotel Herc is just minutes from the Sebilj Fountain and Baščaršija, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, local eateries, and bars. ​The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy, and come equipped with great amenities like fast Wi-Fi and premium bedding. What really makes this place special, though, is the warmth of the hospitality—the front desk staff treat you like family. Secure parking on-site gave us total peace of mind. Highly...

Positives....nice clean room, food amazing, staff are very helpful and friendly, location to the slopes is perfect, ski school and ski shop on site, nice spa for after skiing but they charge 10 euros. Negatives....the only real negative for me is the terrible smoke filled bar. It would be great if they could create a no smoking section as my throat was sore after the week. The same in every bar unfortunately. The other negative is the pillows ...they were not very comfortable at all.
