"I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though)"

"Hotel med fyra stjärnor men motsvarar knappt tre städningen under all kritik glömdes andra natten rökning i restaurangen och matsalen till och med personal röker i matsalen. Bodde 7 nätter tyvärr synd att de har blivit så eftersom jag bott där sen 2015."
