Very good service, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in terms of service. Clean rooms, easy parking, and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Booked a apartment as i have two kids. Kitchen facility and dinning/ living room area was a amazing touch when it came to eating dinner in around the breakfast bar or very large tea table as a family. Room was clean and had ample bedding as you could turn the sofas in the livingroom into beds. Breakfast was great, option of hot and cold meats. Clean, modern, kind staff, convenient & cozy. All that a business traveler needs!

We stayed in the studio with balcony and loved it. The room itself is so much bigger and better than it looks in the photos, the air con is efficient (and was definitely needed!), the kitchen is spacious and totally usable. Our host met us on arrival and was very lovely with recommendations and the offer of a drink - she does a great job and clearly works hard to look after her guests. What a wonderful find. The hotel is so beautiful and regal. Our room was on the 2nd floor, there is no lift if that’s an issue. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world! We had no idea how large the dishes would be and wish we had ordered less but wow it was so tasty! We didn’t need lunch that’s for sure. Highly recommended by us.

Great hotel in a good location walking distance to a mall and riverside walk

Had a great stay here, amazing location in the Old Town which meant lots of attractions were only a couple minutes walk away so incredibly convenient. The breakfast was lovely and filling, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

Great location, great helpful staff

Excellent hotel very close to all features of Mostar. Comfortable and clean room, massive bathroom and a host that really tried very hard to ensure we had a lovely visit. Very helpful with information, maps and directions. Enthusiasm and effort go a long way to ensuring happy memories. We were driving and were able to secure safe parking with the booking.
