"Probably best hotel in Patna with the staff being excellent and property is excellent however there had been a few power cuts in the mornings which annoyed me a bit. I expect hotel of this class to have backup power. Also the tv channels have very limited English options and may need to have better interface. Food is great but maybe on weekends I think they should have late buffet close times."

"I stayed for 1 night recently and found the following: 1. AC didn’t work. It was switched on, but the room wasn’t getting cold. The staff knew and so have a fan on full speed. 2. No hot water. I was checking out in a rush and wanted a shower before that. But no hot water at all. 3 The rooms are unclean everywhere. Spots and stains on walls, doors and even sheets. Really makes the stay do unpleasant. It was a horrible stay. If we spend this much money, we expect a certain standard of service or...

"Decent stay- not like a proper 5 star as you would expect. Service is good and staff is responsive and polite. Although aircon stopped working at middle of the night and someone tried to fix it 2-3 times in the morning but nothing happened though it was time to checkout. "
