On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

It is located inside the old town, easy to walk to all town’s attractions. It is accessible by car, but driving within the area is quite tricky. After some effort, we ended up in front of the hotel instead of the public parking, which is located at the back of the hotel. Quirky, and pleasantly decorated, we enjoyed everything - our Deluxe Double Room with excellent bed and bathroom, the very good breakfast served in a nice area, and most of all, the excellent, friendly service.

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!

This stay is a bot of a secret gold stay. We loved absolutely everything. First of all, there is the accessibility you come of the motorway and you’re there. There is barking inside a garage- safe easily accessible. I came with my elderly parent. The whole hotel is geared up towards accessibility. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. Staff were very welcoming.

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

I booked the hotel late for a ski trip with my kids. The hotel was lovely. Well adorned, spacious rooms. Hotel was very clean. Wellness centre was great - lovely Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room. We had half board and the breakfast was big and varied Ate in the restaurant once - it was a little too trad German for my kids but was well cooked Staff are very friendly and helpful

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.
