"You don’t have to go out. The resort has full of amenities for your family to enjoy. The only reason why I didn’t gave it a 5 star rating because they don’t have complimentary bottled water."

"rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at SLS Baha Mar was honestly one of the most disappointing luxury resort experiences I’ve ever had. The location itself is beautiful — that is the one clear positive. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell far below expectations for a property marketed as upscale or luxury. The service across the resort was consistently rude and indifferent, with only a few exceptions. The property appears severely understaffed, and it shows everywhere — restaurants, pools, housekeeping, bars, and guest services. The cleanliness and maintenance issues were alarming: • The first night we ate at The Swimming Pig, I ended up with food poisoning. • At the waterpark, an unsecured umbrella flew over and struck an older woman in the head because it was not properly installed. Instead of addressing the actual safety issue, staff simply closed all umbrellas in the park afterward. • At Katsuya, there was standing water in the hallway with no warning signs. My son slipped in it, and staff initially attempted to deny it even happened. • Despite having reservations, we were seated outside near an area that smelled strongly like sewage. • Pool towel service was unavailable for hours at a time. • Bars were so poorly stocked that martinis were being served in regular drinking glasses because they “didn’t have martini glasses.” The rooms are dated, worn, and not particularly clean. Overall, the resort felt much closer to a 2.5–3 star hotel"

"Location is great, close to all the major spots if needed. Close to cruise port and all that has available. We stayed with our 2 kids. Room was great, beds ok and air con very good. Coffee shop opens at 7am and pools and private beach is open 24/7. Food is great. It’s prime spot for watching the cruise ships come and go too. All in all a great stay with some major history attached. Loved it!"

Breezes Resort Bahamas All Inclusive

"Pros; Everyone, and I mean everyone that worked at this resort was friendly with the exception of the very first person we came in contact with while checking in. She was actually miserable, but he did not let her sway us. We did ask a question and not only did the person tell us where to go, they would actually walk us all the way to where we wanted to be. They were really helpful and genuinely kind people. The beach is beautiful. Plenty of chairs. Lunch grill by the bar was very good. Get the cheeseburger or the jerk chicken. The buffet was OK. Nothing to write home about some days were better than others, but it is a typical buffet. Cons: Was in room 528. Absolutely zero water pressure. And I mean zero. Was afraid the dripping of water was going to stop before I got the soap off. Can only speak for that room. Always ran out of cushions for the beach chairs. The chairs were very hard. Decided to try one of the restaurants instead of buffet. That night was the Asian restaurant. How bad could it be?. Unfortunately it was bad. Bite size appetizers. Dinner was OK. Dessert was OK. Kind of like the upscale restaurant that serves you a huge plate with a bean in the middle. We got done there and went to really eat at the buffet. Kind of crazy lol. Yes the hotel is outdated. They were painting wall walls in the hallway in the middle of the day. Room is cute, yes, could have been cleaner. But all in all for the price, we had an excellent time. Thank you Breezes!"
