"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. "

"We had a great time. Upgraded room, the bedt manager and housekeeper. The hotel was constanly being cleaned. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Awful. Food was overpriced and generally below average. Had to send a number of things back. Staff generally disinterested and our suite on check in was not cleaned. Moved us to a smaller room. I could go on but I will never be returning there so I can’t be bothered. Avoid at all costs. "

"Demetri was warm and welcome smile I needed after a long flight, everything was excellent and I hope to return again. I do wish the inside snack shop was open later as well as the outside bar, I would have loved to sit there and enjoy music, pool and drinks in the evening but it didn't change my experience, overall 10/10.
