"Really lovely front desk and housekeeping staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay, one bedroom apartment in main building. Very clean room even though some aspects of the room are getting a bit worn from age but it didn’t detract from our stay. Very comfortable bed. Tip, make sure you call the hotel at time of booking to reserve a parking spot onsite. Hotel is easy walking distance from Salamanca and waterfront. Would recommend this hotel. "We stayed there for 4 nights early April. The room is very big and comfortable with a sofa, coffee table and a desk and chair! What we mostly like it's the convenience, it's very close to Southern Cross station that makes transportation real easy. Also it's a prime area with lots of restaurants. Will stay there again next time."

"A beautiful hotel, Premium King room was beautiful and quiet, overlooking the river, and the bed was comfy. Only let down for this hotel is the lack of menu options for vegans (yes, you can groan but it's 2025 and we all expect better than hot chips and plain toast, c'mon!) so ordering in is cumbersome because your food is left in the lobby (due to their great security of course but this is less convenient for everyone!) and there is no hiding out from the world."
