"We had an amazing time. The only negative I have to say was about our room. It wasn’t super clean upon arrival and only had It cleaned 3 times the whole week. It took housekeeping too long to get to the rooms. They would be there to clean around 4:30-5 just as we were getting back to get ready for dinner. Other then that we loved It and would definitely stay here again. "

There was also a lot of construction going on around the property and many roads were subsequently closed. (There was lots of construction going on all over Eagle Beach). This was our second visit to the property and we will surely return again."

"The location is great, right in the middle of the Palm Beach Strip, easy to walk anywhere. The pool was so nice. Staff were super friendly. We were in a non upgraded room, and I would never do that again, the first room was terrible, not the cleanest and so old and falling apart, they moved us to a different room which was better, but still not one of the upgraded rooms. I saw pics of an upgraded room, and they are beautiful, so knowing they will all be upgraded in the next several...
