"Overall a good trip. Rooms were nothing special, shower water was either scalding or ice cold. Buffet was average. The food at night at the restaurants was fantastic! The live music was great, very entertaining in the evening. We had a great time dancing and my husband and friends had a great time at the casino! The staff were ok, not overly friendly. Not that they were rude but just not many smiles or wanting to help. We did get ignored at the bar at one point. We did the ATV excursion and it was fantastic. The beach is beautiful and it's nice you are actually able to swim. Overall a great trip, did the staff make or break our trip? No. But just not the friendliest. But still a great trip with friends! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the outside of the villa looks beautiful. However, the room had a lingering old smell that made it difficult to sleep, and the WiFi wasn’t working during my stay. "

"Excellent location, just 100m from Eagle beach. Breakfast is incredible, AC works, shower has hot water, linnen was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Pretty much all I want from a budget hotel. Just one complaint: the odor from the toilet seems to stay lodged in the bathroom. I think they work with a septic tank? I couldn’t open the window at night because I didn’t want insects flying in. But I did in the morning and the smell dissappeard immediately. However, it now seemed to come in throught the AC? And a single reccomendation: you really should install light curtains below the blackout ones. You pretty much have to spend the entire time you’re in the room in darkness because the hallways are just in front of the windows."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.The host staff was quite unpleasant and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food was strictly mediocre and lacked flavor.The room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was horrible it was incredibly noisy. . The bathrooms were outdated, featuring cracked tiles and old fixtures. There was also a significant lack of space to move around. Save your money and book elsewhere."

"Staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Anytime i had a question they would help immediately, which was a plus since the lot doesnt have that many rooms. Room was small, but exactly what I needed. Bed was comfy, there was also a tv and closet wardrobe for space. Bathroom was small, but the water got hot which again is a plus. You can hear people on the outside of the room, however at night it was relatively quiet. Parking lot infront always had space at night, during the day les because its in the main street. They had a door with a lock code to enter at night, never had an issue with it. All in all amazing stay, would recommend if youre going to be in main street a lot or want something central, thats reasonably priced. Very satsified with the service overal, would stay again. And also checking in and out was a breeze, very fast and easy."

"The property exceeded my expectations. It has a nice location being right across from the beach. The food was amazing. Nothing I had wasn’t good! The drinks are awesome as well. If you go to the infinity pool bar ask for Timothy, he makes some amazing drinks! I would definitely stay here again. The staff is so polite and always smiling and don’t hesitate to assist when needed. I travel frequently and have been to quite a few places, but the staff here is definitely the best I have encountered! You won’t regret your stay!"

"Beautiful hotel with a great location to everything. All the food for the all inclusive was great. So much to pick from and all so fresh. Staff were all so friendly. We would definitely come back. Love it all."
