Nice resort, love the location by eagle beach. I gave it a 3 because there was construction going on. I mean it needs to be done sometimes which I understand but it was a bit annoying. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach and pools were beautiful and the restaurants were excellent. The room we stayed in was clean but outdated. I guess that’ll be more construction in the future. Overall, I would stay here again but would try to go between construction projects.

Resort is VERY clean :) The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating was the construction that shut down the main pool, forcing all visitors to the adult pool. That being said we very much enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel and even during their construction time the place was quiet and fun! So many shops, lots of swimming, we loved the room layout to have our own space, staff was very friendly and having such a beautiful beach right across the street was amazing, truly gave us a great vacation!

The room was not what was pictured when i booked. We could not connect to the wifi and had to go back to the check in desk 3 times. Our room was far from the front lobby and did not have a nice view. We did not have housekeeping service until we checked out. 5 days. We had to throw away our own trash and get new towels. The pool area was very nice and walking distance to the beach.

LaCabana is prime location,( short walk the beach, Supermarket, bus and/or taxi). All resort personnel are very courteous and helpful to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

The room and staff are pleasant. The Islander grill restaurant is also very pleasant AYCE rib wed was a plus. The pickle ball court was disappointed because of the surface. The pickleball area is nice however the floor surface was not designed for pickleball. The hotel should also allow 11 am checkout. Which was not even an option. Overall it was a pleasant stay but could also use improvement
