We arrived late, and the check-in process was smooth and accommodating. We did have an issue with the shower, and the staff handled it immediately—no questions asked. They moved us to a new room without hesitation and were very apologetic, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
