"Absolute gem of a hotel. Check-in was smooth and quick. Staff is astoundingly friendly and helpful and welcoming. Room was very well-appointed and clean in such a way that you can tell the staff pays attention to even small details. The night manager was enthusiastic and generous with her time when I asked her to evaluate our plans for the next day. Price was suspiciously fair and competitive, but turned out to be an absolute bargain, and it is close walking distance to a few very solid restaurants. Highly recommend (have already recommended to my sister who is coming with her family later this season), and will stay here again if/when I return for another visit. "

"My son and I were staying in Flagstaff for one night as he had a camp at NAU. This property more than exceeded our expectations as it was in a great location, pretty and woodsy and the room was clean, quiet with a spacious bathroom and separate sink area, as well as comfy beds. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay in the future. "
