Excellent hotel with lovely staff, location and design. My favourite!

Great location!

Amazing stay. We were upgraded to an exective suite, which was very kind of them. The hotel is right outside Masjid Al Nawabi and the entrance to Rawdah. It is great for men as their entrance is on the hotel side. However woman are on the other side, however they have a free shuttle that can drop you there so you dont have to walk. Everything is in walking distance, staff are amazing and friendly and hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We didnt have the breakfast but did have the buffet...

Great stay , clean and modern

Excellent hotel and great staff

As always, the staff were excellent across the board. Check‑in was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a wide and varied selection of food that won’t disappoint. The location is ideal—close to boundary gate 328, providing convenient access for women to enter the mosque through door 16 on the western side. I’ve always considered this hotel one of the best places to stay in Madina.

Very convenient location as it is walking distance from the Main Train Station. Also, I liked the fact that they offer a free bus shuttle to visit the Nabawi Mosque on the hour.

The room was very big and spacious and has everything that you could need. The customer service was also excellent. The hotel is only a very short 5 minute taxi journey from the Haram, however the hotel provides an excellent shuttle service that travels there all day.

Excellent hotel to stay, close to the mosque. 15 minutes walk for women, much closer for the men. Easy access to shopping. Excellent staff, clean hotel, spacious room. Good selection for breakfast. Would stay there again.
