From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

After an initial problem start to our holiday we had a very good stay in the intercontinental in Abu Dhabi. The Resident Manager was a very sincere gentleman who rectified our initial complaints and turned our stay into a very memorable time. The staff in the executive lounge were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and tidied to a very good standard by a very polite young man. We would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was superb. Dining in and drinks at the beach / pool are expensive but you most definitely what you pay for. The staff are the best I have ever come across at any top rate hotel. My wife who has travelled extensively with British Airways as a member of cabin crew and has stayed at many top hotels rates this as the best hotel she has stayed in!!! We will be going back for our first anniversary

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. The beach/ pools/ restaurants / bars throughout the hotel are all superb and the level of professionalism and attentiveness from all members of hotel staff is second to none. We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina. The lake view hotel is a NEW hotel with the smell of new carpet permeating in the air. The spectacular atrium was a show piece and exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful form the moment we met Monica at reception with a welcome reassuring smile, we new our anniversary holiday was going to be great. This is our 5th 7 day holiday to Dubai, we have stayed on the Palm twice and Jumeriah Beach twice. We booked this hotel in particular because of its location to the Marina ( 5 mins ) and JBR ( 10 mins ) also that you could share the facilities at the adjoining hotel, which was a great bonus. The hotel offered everything, clean, good food, bars and of course the famous Barista bar that we had a ball in ( don't believe the negative comments ) its so not true!
