When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. Overall good experience, however please double check the in room dining menu QR code against the bill, the categories and prices had a mismatch which resulted in me paying 5 times the price of item.
