"Clean room and bathroom. Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were respectful and pleasant. A/C was fine - nice hot water for showering. Great having the parking garage access. Block from the beach - nice working outside spigot for rinsing feet and body from the sand. Free flowing coffee in lobby was great!!"

"Had a Wonderful 4 night stay with my family in one of the bayside efficiencies. Pool was great, all of Dewey Beach amenities 1 block away. Room was very clean."

"I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and they made sure my room was cleaned and that I had clean towels, they had free breakfast every morning, the pool was open every day and I was even able to wash my clothes. My stay was good from the time I came, until the day I left. I would recommend someone else to stay there."

"The location was decent and served the purpose that I needed it for; however, I would have loved to have a coffee maker in my room rather than go out each time to the coffee machine. The conservation of energy system (while I respect the goal) is not convenient especially at night should you or your loved ones need to use the bathroom. You have to insert the key card to a portal to allow the lights to come on,"
