Sooo different place to stay! Love the themed rooms, every comfort you could wish to make your stay cosy. Beautiful setting. Lots to do. Superb welcome. A change from bland boutique chains.

We stayed in the hotel just after it opened and the bar/restaurant area has still to open but there were plenty of people in sampling the food and drink while guests while guests had to go elsewhere for refreshment. Apparently there is a terrace area, which we weren't told about either. Room was very comfortable and there is a turntable and records in each room, which I loved. I would like to place on here my real thanks to everybody at the hotel.The stay by my family ( In their case a first time) this stay was fully up to the standards I had experienced before.The Hotel is easy to get to & plenty of parking spaces.easy to get to bars & shops.

Hotel is in a great location although the interior is a little tired.

The Mill Creek is a very nice hotel, Simple but not plain. You are not directly on the lake side but only a two minute walk and you are there. It is very handy for the main shopping streets. Our "room" had a kitchen, dining area, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was a little small but OK. There was a good size safe in the wardrobe. There is a pool and a small gym.
