"If you have a car, property is ideally located in deira towards bur dubai. It’s a good location to stay in terms of proximity with car. There is a station walkable within 5 minutes but I have never tried it. Staff is good and supportive (cheers to may at reception and another guy who was at night shift). There is laundry to use for free but, I had challenge with the laundry machine as it was not completely operative. Overall good hotel and location."

"This was a great experience. The moment I got off the taxi, I was greeted and luggage was taken in for me. I was able to check in early and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Staff was a pleasant and friendly. Many pluses on the hotel. Metro around the corner, free shuttle to airport and other areas. Would totally recommend this hotel. "
