Long weekend stay completely unplanned. Stayed extra two nights because my daughter and i enjoyed our time there. A big thank you to Sarah in reception who was supportive with helping find a PCR test provider. The poolside staff are fantastic thank you for making my watermelon and ginger juice. Everyone is polite high level of professionalism and they take care of you.

Just spent a week with my family and loved it.
The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane...

Stayed at the Accra City Hotel from 8 Dec to 13 Dec. First visit to Ghana and wasn't sure what to expect. Loved Ghana and loved this hotel. We were impressed by the service from the staff (especially Isaac the Guest Relations Manager and Victoria who served at breakfast) who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to cater for us. Breakfast was varied. Rooms were clean and comfortable (more hangers would have been helpful but we didn't ask & have no doubt they would have been made...

The hotel offers all the facilities of a large five star with the added bonus of personalised service. I really couldn’t ask for more. My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts.
All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this...

An excellent stay, in a very nice hotel. Most hotels of this level of comfort are much more expensive than the Urbano, so it's a bargain for the price. Staff friendly, breakfast included (both 'continental' and Ghanaian styles to try), the minibar prices were very reasonable, rooms modern and well equipped, shower powerful and large clean bathroom, funky lounge area with a nice fountain, location is great with banks, pharmacy, shops etc all on the same street.
Only minor room for improvement...
