"Room is average, shower water had a funny odor, Aircondition is perfect, TV is difficult to get channels, only one channel. The pick up was good but no name card, respectful and friendly driver, very respectful and neat host Elther. If you drive, prepare to open the gate yourself, unless you are not ready rush out. "Terrible stay, the whole stay felt like a scam. I booked stay for my husband and request early check in for half of day rate because his arrival at 5am, then was charged for original full price, I have to send my receipts to show host what my rate was, eventually, he agreed on my rate, however, he marked my booking is "no breakfast", the reason is the rate I got, and I took screen shot of his posting "free buffet breakfast for all the rooms", he blamed expedia. I paid through expeida" with package booking, therefore, the rate is low, but denying breakfast and dishonoring services due to the low rate is not acceptable. After a few hours conversation with expedia and host, they add "bed and breakfast", I asked about it, host said "free breakfast". "buffet breakfast" was served only one morning with very limited items and was told "not to refill the plate and have to share with other guests", by that time, we realized what "bed and breakfast" means "not to refill". My husband breakfast portion was served less and less each day, and was told he has to pay if want more. Furthermore, numerous power blackouts during the day, my husband laptop was about damage and lost his work too. Elevator is not working, there is no air-conditioning in the hallway or lobby, it was steam hot! I get it "that was what paid for", the worse one was "you did not get what you paid for with all the humiliation and frustration. Definitely not returning and strongly recommend to avoid this place. "

"Room was neglected and no door to wahroom. Very bad. Presentation of facilty was bad with filthy constriction work. Not presentable "

"The room and furniture were of poor standards. The booking was for 2 persons sharing a room and breakfast, however, at breakfast time we were told only one of us was enttiled to breakfast so I had to go without. but the hotel staff was adamant record was showing as invalid, so i had to make another payment. I have emailed Hotel.com, but they haven't responded. I'm still not certain if I'd be refunded. A poor service!"

"Bath mat a little grubby. Got a shock off the shower spray and tap, even with water heater turned off. Reported to front desk; they did not seem surprised. Breakfast OK. Margarine and jam for toast served in original large tubs or jars, used by all tables. Not very sanitary, as can't control what people do with it or how they get the jam etc out of the home sized packaging. Do they lick their spoon and then dip it again into the jam or margarine? And how long do these sit uncovered during breakfast time?"
