"This property looks great! It’s one of the cleanest in the city. They have internet and good breakfast. They also have AC in every room which is great! Beds are okay. Customer service was excellent. It’s a safe place to be if you don’t like noise. I will come back again on my next visit. "
"I enjoyed my stay at Jannah Villas. I was allowed an early check-in which was convenient for my stay and purpose. The staff was very friendly and explained the conveniences of the apartment. The overall appearance of the property is eye pleasing and well kept. My visit was enjoyable and I highly recommend for a short or long stay."
"the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up."
"The location offered only a few amenities, such as restaurant and convenience store at the corner. But the owner became very rude when to me when I used a mobile money application he did not know. He called me and my guests names and held us against our will until the cash was accepted. I would not recommend this hotel because of thing's like th is.
"
"This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. I really love this place and will be staying here on my upcoming visit in May. "

"On the 26th April 2025 Saturday afternoon, I went round Accra, looking for Peckan hotel's address at Nii Torgbor Avenue, East Legon Accra and I couldnt find the Str called Nii Torgbor avenue. I rang their mobile phone and it rang throughout with no answer. I got a bike man to take me round East Legon which we did and nobody knew where Pekan Hotel Accra was. We asked several people and not even one person knew Pekan Hotel. I decided to get into a big Restaurant to surf for another Hotels.com location and address, now getting to the evening hour. I found Joh Ann Western Guest House Accra on the platform. It says Mokwe Street Accra near Junction Mall Accra. Again, it was not an easy search. We decided to use google search and Sat nav to find it. After several trys, We found the hotels signboard very far from its location. Genuinely, we followed the signboard, which was their good guidance. At every 3minutes, you will see Joh Ann Western signboard guiding with an arrow. We followed the signboards, until we got to Joh Ann Western Guest House Hotel, Accra. The name of the street was not known. But the good thing was the constant guidance with the Joh Ann Western Guest House Hotel's signboards that leads to the Hotel. At last, around 8pm on 26th April 2025, I got into the hotel premises with a friend who helped me find the hotel. It was all a hectic search, But I eventually found your Hotels.com hotel to lodge and stay for a night as my booking states from 26th April 2025 to next day"
"The hotel is excellent! Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the shuttle from the hotel. We asked for a shuttle that would hold 12 people and a 7 passenger car showed up. Other than that everything was excellent."
