My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

Upon checkin,the front desk staff took a reservation time for the return shuttle . We ate dinner in the bar/ lounge area as well as breakfast. Meals consumed were fine . Room was ok. Nothing special. Bed was a bit soft for our taste. Tolerable for a night's stay. The front desk staff and bar staff were efficient . "

"I always stay here when I come to Auckland. Rooms are always clean, staff are very friendly. Would be nice to have some cutlery and a toaster in the room.
