Staff when above and beyond, by accident I left some personal items on my room locker and, Carla was kind enough to send the items over my US address. Will come back next year. "Shared bathrooms were cleaned on tbe regular. Although the mixed showers were missing locks on most of the doors. Discounted food and drinks at the bar was a nice bonus. Easy access to transportation...right outside is an s stop. Easy walk to Alexanderplatz. "
