Looking forward coming back next year. Hotel has done some positive changes from our last stay. Food options at the beach are much better now than last year. Really like the option of having our Breakfast at the Mexican restaurant . Staff very friendly and management will help you to sort out any problems you might have during your stay. Also enjoyed Sunday lunch for the English guests. The gardens around the hotel are absolutly beautiful. A big credit to the gardeners.

Having read about 5* hotels in Egypt being a big over claim, we were preparing ourselves expecting the photos to have flattered the place, assuming it would be a bit tatty, not necessarily perfectly clean, boring food and maybe a patchy level of service. Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the resort. Everything was well organised, the resort itself was lovely, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff deserve a special mention — they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their service really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!
