I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

(From asking for breakfast boxes to late checkout — all my requests were met). The morning yoga included in the itinerary was such a bonus treat to my stay. Having read about 5* hotels in Egypt being a big over claim, we were preparing ourselves expecting the photos to have flattered the place, assuming it would be a bit tatty, not necessarily perfectly clean, boring food and maybe a patchy level of service. Nothing could have been further from the truth, it was SUPERB.
Add to that all the staff were warm and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you.
We seemed to be the only English family in the hotel, which I have never experienced...
