"I booked for 4 pax but when I called to inform that guests will be late, the reservations staff insisted that only 3 rooms were booked, I called three times. I had to ask hotels.com to call the hotel about my booking. That is a bad service to think that it was late in the night when my guests were supposed to arrive. "

We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasnโ€™t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks). "

The check it was quickly thought despite no one speaking English, once we get to our room we noticed how dusty it was, and Iโ€™m not exaggerating, i usually walk shoeless indoor and this could not be the case.
