5/5 Excellent
"Our stay at Uday Palace, a Radisson member, was truly exceptional, thanks to the impeccable service provided by the outstanding staff. Manish from the front desk tailored our room to perfection, while Priya, Limani, and Rohit ensured every request was promptly attended to. Mukesh Patel and Aman from housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness and went the extra mile. Sanjeet at the restaurant and Mayan from in-room dining ensured our dining experience was flawless.
Narrotam Bishi, the front office manager, exemplified leadership and commitment to satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly. Ashish, the concierge, greeted us warmly, and Aman, the security guard, never failed to brighten our day.
Every encounter with the staff was incredible, highlighting the hotel's underrated excellence. However, the inability to open the balcony was disappointing. Installing nets for insect protection should be considered, as keeping balconies shut seems excessive for a five-star hotel. As a loyal patron, I expect more from the Radisson brand, and if unresolved, I'll have to leave a negative review."
