"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. "We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. "

"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. "Our room was quiet and roomy for 3 people. Not many hotels have daily service after the pandemic, but Taypikala does. So we walked in a clean and tidy room every day after our activities. The front desk was helpful, we stored our luggages twice in the hotel. The full breakfast was excellent: the omlette station, hot food, cheese,ham, bread and rolls, cereal, and especially a variety of fruits.
