"This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. The hotel has a spa, very cozy bar and an out door patio with fire pits and umbrellas as well. My only caution is, the road to the hotel is very narrow with even narrower sidewalks so make sure you plan your arrival and departure so...

"We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail hike. We really enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel as it is comprised of only a few rooms. Therefore, it is quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed our host and owner as he was great at conversation so there was never a dull moment. He prepares breakfast for you in the morning (which is filling and nutritious). The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the plaza de armas so you are close to the action. "

"This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. "Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too."
