"The hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fresh made omelets were a great way to start our day. The beds were also very comfortable. There is a lot of live music in close proximity to the hotel but the doors and windows look newly installed and blocked almost all of the sound, they do provide ear plugs in the room but we never needed them. Would recommend for future travelers!"

Close to all the amenities & walking distance to the main PLAZA DE ARMAS.. beautiful boutique hotel, with colonial style architecture, lovely rooms, but the main thing about this hotel, is the people who work there, the best customer service, they make you feel at home, nothing is to much, even when airline lost our luggage, big problems with flights..etc.. they went extra mile for us, translated everything from Spanish to English for us, solve the problems that we had, specially need to...

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent.
A personalized touch from the check in to check out.
The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again.
Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike.
In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality.
Jose at the bar was great.

Excellent, Quiet and tranquil location setback from the crowds and traffic noise yet minutes walk to the historic centre of Plaza de Armas with its alpaca shops and eateries
Very spacious, clean and comfortable beds with wall mounted hot water radiators as a bonus- a rarity in Peru
Cooked to order breakfast a treat instead of the usual buffet style offerings in most hotels
Staff are attentive, charming, go out of their way to assist and recommend, always on hand to offer suggestions

The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and while the bathroom was small it was quite adequate. The breakfast was...

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel.
Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

I stayed here on my way to Machu Picchu and again on my way back to Lima. The reception staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The concierge helped me locate a shop, in Cusco, selling football (soccer) shirts. The luggage that I left for storage while I was at Machu Picchu was already waiting for me in my room when I returned.

The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors...
Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....

We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Cusco! Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the communal areas smelling fresh and inviting. The grounds were lovely, and we particularly enjoyed having the spa on site. A great location within walking distance of the centre, with a lovely touch of luxury. Would 100% recommend!

The room was clean and large (we had a triple room). The staff is lovely and happy to help us with different requests. Good breakfast with both sweet and savoury options.
