Room was modern, spacious and comfortable, kept clean on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to Getafe Centro (metro and rail). Hotel is set back from the main roads, so quiet. A pleasant stay.

Excellent experience, we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Madrid. You could tell that the management pays significant attention to detail - from the Dyson hairdryer to the local lavender candy. The breakfast was a good spread too, highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious and bedding is very comfortable. The rooms were clean in general, but more attention to detail would be helpful, for example to deep clean inbetween the bars of the wooden bed frame, where the pillows are leaning to, as they were dusty. There are not too many amenities inside the room, except shampoo, body wash and hand wash. However, the reception team was helpful and provided us with a kettle and drinking cups, upon our request. The double windows work perfectly for the...

Perfect location, lovely building, all staff super nice and a great breakfast. Some facilities were being renovated but all else great and they worked with us to make up for no spa for our dates!

Very convenient and clean standard Ibis rooms, big bathroom with all amenities, good breakfast, close to bus stop and huge supermarket. Average 20 minutes walking to few metro and train stations, night busses from Madrid are stopping there. The elevator hasn't worked 2 days of 3 I've stayed.
