"Me encanta el desayuno..sobretodo las sopas..pensaria que deberian tenr el pan calientico.o con la opcion de clentarlo...el pan y el pandebono..en genreal.. poner un pequeño tostador.seria buena opcion.. la comida en general es delicoosa....toda.. caene. pasta empandaitas ..loos friots..todo.. .una sugerencia que note esta vez.. es que la comida tiene en genral mucha sal..debe bajarle a la cantida de sal..aunque a mi me gusta la sal..esta vez me pedi un ceviche ..y estaba super salado...tambien la salsa de los cmarones...en el palto de mi novio...encocado...en general todo es rico..pero pueden poner menos sal..y que cada persona le agrege.. es solo cometarios construtivos..Yo adoro ir a este hotel he ido por muchos años... amo ir alla...amo las Luladas enveneandas son las mejores de CALI y de COlombia...como las preparan alli...No hay Gracias por todo"

"Our experience was less than satisfactory. Room Preparedness: Upon arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for our check-in, despite our reservation. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately. Facilities: The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat. The room was adequately sized for the price point, however you could hear everything from the room below, leaving no privacy. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER throughout our 9-day stay. We were informed that the building’s pipes had been damaged for about two months, and there was no fix offered. This crucial information was neither mentioned in the hotel’s listing nor communicated upon our arrival. The cold water was particularly uncomfortable, and we would have chosen other locations if we knew. We experienced a random power outage lasting a couple of hours, which was inconvenient but did not disrupt our plans generally. The toilet became clogged and broken, and despite informing the staff, it remained unusable for three days without any resolution. This lack of prompt attention to basic maintenance issues was unacceptable and contributed to our decision to leave a day early. While we did not expect luxury accommodations, we anticipated basic services to be in place. The combination of unpreparedness, lack of essential amenities, and unresolved maintenance issues were unpleasant. We would not recommend unless significant improvements are made."
