"Las habitaciones no son cómo se observan en las fotos, al llegar el recepcionista no fue amable, muy serio , nos indicó que no incluía desayuno y si lo incluía, el desayuno no es buffet, es una cocinera para todos los huéspedes cocinando uno por uno, el comedor queda en el primer piso hay que subir una escalera muy angosta y peligrosa no apta para personas con impedimentos ni personas mayores. Solo pernocte una noche y me cobraron 5 noches y de más a lo que indicaba en el anuncio $33.00 dólares la noche, y me cobraron de más y no me han reembolsado el dinero ; muy apenada que el dueño no respondió ante los reclamos . Me fui con mi esposo a otro Hotel ya que nos disgustó , el baño la regadera empezó a taparse."

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER throughout our 9-day stay. We were informed that the building’s pipes had been damaged for about two months, and there was no fix offered. This crucial information was neither mentioned in the hotel’s listing nor communicated upon our arrival. The cold water was particularly uncomfortable, and we would have chosen other locations if we knew.
We experienced a random power outage lasting a couple of hours, which was inconvenient but did not disrupt our plans generally.
The toilet became clogged and broken, and despite informing the staff, it remained unusable for three days without any resolution. This lack of prompt attention to basic maintenance issues was unacceptable and contributed to our decision to leave a day early.
While we did not expect luxury accommodations, we anticipated basic services to be in place. The combination of unpreparedness, lack of essential amenities, and unresolved maintenance issues were unpleasant. We would not recommend unless significant improvements are made."
