"Great location, check in a bit confusing. A very helpful member of the RACV resort next door sorted it out for us. Was happy to wash and put away dishes but some dishwasher liquid would have helped. Otherwise a happy stay."

We had a fantastic stay in Ballarat and really enjoyed our rooms. Our towels were removed for cleaning even though we hung them so our only feedback would be to review this from an environmental perspective. The hotel is walking distance to Sovereign Hill and a really fantastic local cafe. We loved staying here - thank you so much for having us!

Very well located close to all tourist attractions and the city centre. Also walking distance from the beautiful Lake Wendouree. We were very happy with the service from staff who were very friendly and accomodating to any request we had.

Walking distance to Sovereign Hill. Receptionist offered recommendations to two great places: one for dinner and another for breakfast just opposite. Would have been good to know our rooms were upstairs esp since there was no lift. It was difficult to have a phone conversation with whoever was on Reception a few days prior as they had very limited English. I needed clarification on some information but could not resolve. Thankfully it was not vital. Thank you.
