The people that work there are all on the same page as far as friendliness and vibe. Literally everyone!! It’s easy to find good food every day as long as stay away from stuff you shouldnt be eating anyways. Eat the grilled chicken for lunch! Bomb! Everyday, then right back to the pool party. The gym was a great facility and had everything you needed. The people that work at the gym we’re out outstanding. The place’s overall experience is something hard to put in words, so just go. Pura Vida!! "

No instructions given at check-in regarding restaurant reservations, pool towels. We asked about a later check-out time three times and were given a different vague, non-committal answer each time.
