Hotel was good, and we would definitely consider staying here again. It is located only 400m from the ski slopes, the cold buffet breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean - including the bathroom in our room which looked brand new. The only criticism would be that the beds weren't terribly comfortable - mattresses were hard and each bed only had had one very small pillow . In addition, and not wishing to sound like a grumpy old man (we have 2 children ourselves!) the hotel was full...

Hotel splendido, in comoda posizione a 200m dal lago e a 200m dall'inizio della ciclabile che in pochi minuti si collega alla più rinomata ciclopista della Valsugana. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera è profumata, pulita e in ordine, in più l'arredamento è molto curato. Ottimo il deposito bici, qui siete i benvenuti. Ottimo il bar, per chi arriva in bici o alla sera dopo cena è una bellissima oasi rilassante. Non per ultimo, ottima la spa, con sauna e idromassaggio all'aperto.

The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. In our view the Hotel could not be faulted for its cleanliness and very high standards of service that it offered. It is certainly deserving of its 4 Star...
