Rota is a lovely old Spanish town with good facilities and interesting shops. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and the prices are generally lower than busier resorts. The hotel is in a prime location by the beach but also convenient for the old town. The room was large and well furnished and was spotless. The hotel has an excellent restaurant facing the beach and a very nice pool with sunbathing areas on two levels. Highly recommended.

Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate at both restaurants and the food was great. Bonus was two complimentary bottles of water in the room everyday. We stayed for seven nights and had a wonderful time.

Great room, we had the swim up room which we really enjoyed, great use of space and the hotel is in a great spot for the beach and lots of nice restaurants, staff veey pleasant and friendly, stayed 1 night would like to have stayed more

This hotel is a converted convent and has many nice features. It has a nice open area that they play religious chants in with places to sit. The room was large and comfy. TV only local channels. Bathroom has shower. Location is very close to the main attractions and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Also shops and they explain where they are when you check in. Altogether an excellent exoerience

The hotel was extremely good value with great rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is in the main centre of the town and benefits from lots of restaurants and amenities nearby.

Love this hotel! Been coming for many years and this time I brought my family with me, they also love it & want to return. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Anita, it was a nice touch that she remembered me. Our rooms were as requested, pleasant rooms all with a balcony and outdoor patio furniture. When we arrived we were instantly upgraded at no extra cost from a two bed room to an apartment. This was great except the cleaner kept forgetting to leave the tea/coffee every morning as the apartment was self catering. If anything it gave us too much room. Carolina on reception was the most helpful person we have come across, she was extremely knowledgeable and booked various activities for us, even sorting out a taxi at the last minute to get us to the airport because our original transport...

The hotel is right in the middle of Jerez de la frontera, so it is walking distance to most tourist attractions. The main square in Jerez is just outside the hotel and the cathedral and fortress very near.

Whilst the location of the hotel is approximately a 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town it is easily found and the hotel and staff were very good. Upon our arrival we were assisted with luggage and arrangements with a sherry tour details at Gonzales Byass; they telephones to check next timings for the English tour. Stayed for 10 days on Business & Vacation. Rooms were excellent, staff very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely old house conversion, everything worked sockets showers etc. very good service at breakfast we ate in the courtyard outside but the breakfast room inside was nice. Rooftop pool with bar and solarium was the best feature with 370 degrees rooftop views of cathedral and alcazar . Thoroughly recommend although expensive compared to other nearby hotels.

Lovely, boutique style with a littel balcony. Large rooms, decent breakfast. Close to centre, easy waliking. Only downside was that parking is very tight for larger vehicles. Manageable and secure though. Would recommend as this was very good value.
