When we participated in a guest survey, we simply mentioned the rooms were hot (AC disabled during winter in favour of heating). Without saying a word the hotel or complaining, this feedback was picked up by the hotel management and a portable fan was delivered to our room while we were out. Credit to the hotel for picking up on a minor point and going the extra mile, this doesn't normally happen these days!
