When we participated in a guest survey, we simply mentioned the rooms were hot (AC disabled during winter in favour of heating). Without saying a word the hotel or complaining, this feedback was picked up by the hotel management and a portable fan was delivered to our room while we were out. Credit to the hotel for picking up on a minor point and going the extra mile, this doesn't normally happen these days!

We stayed one night at this hotel. We were assigned a designated spot for parking our car. Parking space was comfortable unlike other places. Angel, the front desk manager, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He was empathetic towards our adult son who has autism. The room was large, well lit, and clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was good.

It is very close to the Old Town and the staff are very efficient and helpful.
