"This is a truly elegant hotel. The staff is highly professional: courteous, friendly, accommodating. Our room, which looked out over the garden, was luxurious and comfortable. The lobby was gorgeous, decked out with Christmas greenery and flower arrangements that took two days to prepare (we watched!), and terrazza was a wonderful place to enjoy an evening drink.
