Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa.
Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking.
Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food.
Breakfast was great, and staff very efficient. No food options during lunch. Inconvenient on a rainy day when you can't get out. Service in the bar was extremely slow, when available
Pleasant staf, room and surroundings areas ok although a little tired in places. Location was excellent
Enough beds for pool but water very cold (not heated)
Didn't use the spa/ jacuzzi or sauna as it was additional 20 euros each for 1 1/2 hours and not open all day
Beautiful hotel located in the centre of the old quarters. Nicely decorated with a central courtyard. Spacious rooms, which is quite rare in this type of area. One of the best breakfast spreads we've ever had and very good service. Only downside was climate control as we were in between seasons and the hotel only heats in the winter and vice versa which left us sweating a bit.
its a city centre hotel so no balconies etc but the hotel was fine. Very good breakfast and staff most helpful. The location for exploring Cadiz is excellent.
